Leveraging your vast rolodex of relationships with online publishers, networks and ad exchanges, you will be focused on the identification, negotiation and acquisition of profitable media buys (CPM, CPC, and CPA based), while managing strategic relationships with these networks, publishers and exchanges to drive effective consumer conversion.

About the Position


 


Responsibilities:


-Identify and foster media relationships with top online publishers, ad networks and exchanges while procuring effective media buys.


 


- Evaluate and negotiate online advertising deals while leveraging existing industry relationships with media partners resulting in profitable customer acquisition.


 


- Manage pricing and profitability of media buys while developing new and leveraging current key relationships.


 


- Lead development and execution of online optimization strategies


 


- Partner with campaign management team to establish strategies that deliver and enhance target metrics. 


 


- Actively analyze campaign performance based on revenue goals and targeting; renegotiate successful media placements at minimal cost; optimize campaigns on a continuing basis to maximize ROI.  


- Achieve quarterly and annual targets tied directly to performance bonus.

Requirements:


 - BA/BS degree


 


 - 6-9 years total (MUST HAVE online media buying experience) identifying, negotiating and optimizing online media in a buying capacity (CPM, CPA and CPC based).


 


- Must have proven expertise in online campaign optimization strategy and execution.


 


- “Hunter” mentality required, with above-average negotiation skills.  


 


 - Proven record of success buying and optimizing online media.


 


 - Accomplished in dynamics of negotiating profitable online media deals with proficiency in behavioral targeting, analytics, online marketing metrics and optimization strategies.


 


-  Extensive professional rolodex and industry contacts required.


 


-Strong analytical aptitude and exceptional quantitative and verbal skills required.
